Shipping

Most Products are in stock and will ship the same or next day. Custom orders allow 4-5 business days from order placement. Orders are shipped UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air. Orders over 100 lbs. will be shipped via truck to minimize your cost. We will promptly contact you with truck freight cost. (calculated per order over 100 lbs.) Some products may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer to assist with availability and prompt delivery.

Return Policy

At Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.) your satisfaction is our number one priority. Should you ever not be satisfied with a product your purchase from lloydsofindiana.com, simply call us. We'll make arrangements to replace your product, exchange it for a different item or refund your money as follows:


1. Call Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.) at (877) 626-6848 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To expedite getting your RMA number, please have order number and product number on hand when you call.
   
   
2. Send everything back in original condition with all parts, accessories, and consumables in the box addressed to:

Return Policy Details


1. Your order must be addressed as shown above. If there is no RMA number on the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
   
   
2. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of when you received your order from Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.). After 30 days, the Manufacturer's Warranty will be honored.
   
   
3. All Returns must be packaged in the original box and packaging material that it was received in. If you are returning partially used consumables, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
   
   
4. Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.) pays shipping only on returns for defective merchandise or where we've made a mistake such as sending the wrong item.
   
   
5. Under normal operation, RMA Returns will be repaired/replaced with new parts within 3 days of arrival at Lloyd's of Indiana and will then be shipped back to the customer.
   

General Warranty Policies

Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.). will pass on to its customers each manufacturers standard limited warranty, if any.

If a product you purchased through Gifts-Keepsakes.com (Lloyd's of Indiana, Inc.) fails during the warranty period, You must contact us before returning the product, to determine the proper return or repair procedure. All terms of the warranty must be met. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. Every customer must carefully read through the terms and conditions stated in the warranty. Some warranties are limited to the retail price paid for the product. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. These warranties do not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufactures operating and /or installation instructions).
